BENCHMARKING:
Benchmarking is the process of comparing the product which is going to be manufactured with already existing products in the market (competitor) and also with the previous generation of the same product (parent). In this process, we will compare the features, processes and prices of the product. We will collect the data, compare and determine the differences between them. Finally, we will decide the features to be added to the product, types of features, number of workers required, tools required, production time, number of products to be produced and price of the product in such a way to overcome the competitor.
MARUTI CIAZ
Maruti Ciaz is a sedan type of car. It has a good engine refinement and has a 1462cc petrol engine in both manual and automatic transmission. CONCLUSION:
As Mr. Pughazhyendhii is fond of big cars, I will suggest him to buy Maruti Ciaz, which has good cabin space, boot space and fuel efficient. But if needs a car with sunroof, then I will suggest him to buy Hyundai Venue, an SUV car with safety features like six airbags and air purifier.
But if he is OK with a hatchback car, then I will recommend him to buy Tata Altroz, which has a five star rating for safety with good mileage, good handling, descent boot space and less price. It will be easy for him to drive in city.
