• Based on the problem statement, it is found that the family is fond of lengthy cars. Therefore SUVs,Sedans,Crossover cars are not considered. Only hatch back segment is opted for comparison.
• Hatch backs like Baleno,Jazz,I20,Altroz vehicles were shortlisted for comparison.
• Since the family often travels to interstate, covering on an average of 4000 kms per month. The vehicle needs to satisfy the major criteria's like Efficient,economy,safety,comfort and maintenance.
• When all the four hatch backs were analysed and reviwed,based on the family requirements and the available budget.it is found that TATA ALTROZ would be most effective vehicle for Mr.D.S Pughazhyendii family, which is because.

1. The Family looking for reliable,compact,efficient performance vehicle than the aggressive sports vehicle.
2. Cost of the vehicle is minimum compared to other hatchbacks with extended benefits.
3. Loaded with advanced technology and features with least cost.
4. 5 Star rating in vehicle and passenger safety through NCAP
5. Compact in design but Attractive.
6. Handling and suspension, comforts are improved by incorporating assistive technology.

Conclusion:

Based on the given problem statement,the comparison of vehicle has been carried out for hatchback segment cars.By considering all the factors provided by Mr. D.S. Pughazhyendhii,a vehicle has  been suggested within their budget which would be more effective and efficient for their family.
