Q)what is benchmarking, how do we improve the product every year? how do we eliminate components or add components on a new product?

C)finally benchmarking between the two winner KIA Seltos and Toyota Urban Cruiser
The winner again is Toyota Urban Cruiser as it is cheaper, better milage and smaller dimension which is suitable for city.
when it comes to Boot space it is smaller compared to KIA Seltos but as he travels to his native once in a month it is not required to given much importance.

we go for next level benchmarking once the product benchmarking is done.

Conclusion

Toyota urban cruiser is a better SUV in the rage of 7 to 10 lakhs after comparison with the other three SUV's.
