Benchmarking is the process of comparing a product, service, or process with the best practices in the industry. Basically it is done to improve performance, efficiency, and enhance the quality of a product or service. The whole point of bench-marking is to get to know that what are the features and qualities that is already available in the market and after this analysis we try to make our's better. Benchmarking involves identifying the standards of excellence and comparing the performance of an organization with those standards. The objective of benchmarking is to identify areas of improvement, set targets, and implement measures to achieve those targets by comparing one's product to the product of competitors.

So Mr.Pughazhyenhii lives in Bangalore, a very crowded city and he will use his car to go to the office daily and also to go to his native place once a month. So I think he should prefer a car with good mileage. Moreover, there are 5 members in his family, so a 5 seater will be good but 7 seater car also won't hurt if it's in the price range. And he also prefers big cars.

After considering all the factors such as price, features, safety, and technical specifications, I can say that the Maruti Suzuki Brezza stands out as the best choice for Mr. Pughazhyendhii. The Brezza offers a comfortable ride for a family of five, making it suitable for both daily commute and long-distance travel and is second to none in the matter of looks.

In terms of fuel efficiency, the Maruti Suzuki Brezza stands out with its impressive mileage of 18.76 kmpl for the petrol variant and 22.3 kmpl for the diesel variant. This will be especially useful for Mr. Pughazhyendhii's monthly trips to Madurai, as well as for his daily commute.
