Benchmarking is a process of comparing different cars or products in the market under a segment before producing the new product. i.e. comparision between older models to the newer upcoming product for better market value and value for money. this phenomena helps us to create a unique and sustainable products in the running compitetion.
Simply it is a process of analyzing the choices of similar products based on the selection factor and deducing it to final concluison. bench marking is very important because it helps enterprises to overcome the challanges to stay a step ahead of competitors by adopting innovative and new strategies to champion their industry.
There are kindly two types:
1.Benchmarking-I:
This includes the comparision between the product level only to know the basis of product limitations between old and new. i.e. initial level.
2. Benchmarking-II:
This includes the comparision between the overall part level to know the overall model study between old and new. i.e. this comes after taking care of the negitives from the on going market/old generations. below comparisions are one of the basic benchmarking reports for different vehicles in the market.
