2. Prepare a report explaining what is Bench-Marking
What is Benchmarking?
For organizations to be successful, they must hold a competitive advantage in their market. One way organizations can measure their competitive advantage and how they are in their market is through benchmarking. So, what is benchmarking? Benchmarking is a process organizations use to measure and compare their services, products, and operational processes against other organizations. Once the comparison and analysis process is completed, a benchmark report is developed. The benchmark report states how the information was collected and analyzed and what findings were discovered. Benchmarking reports allow organizations to recognize areas within their organization that can be improved upon and helps strengthen their competitive advantage. This lesson will cover benchmark basics by discussing the types, processes, and examples.
Benchmarking is divided into two main groups, external and internal. Just as it sounds, external benchmarking is when the organization compares itself against other organizations (external to their operations). Internal benchmarking is when the organization compares one area of the organization to another area of the organization. Internal benchmarking is useful if there is a highly effective and efficient department that leadership wants other departments to model after. External benchmarking is the focus of this lesson. There are several types of external benchmarking organizations can execute depending on their objective for the result.

4. Provide a proper conclusion for the report, suggesting a single suitable vehicle among the comparison made with images.
Ford figo is much better than other cars because of it's mileage. it is giving more than remaing 3 cars.if we compare in cost it is less than Mahindra N8and higher than tata punch but mileage is quite higher and also Torque. Driving range is very high upto 976 not even comparable with other cars.so, from madhurai to bengaluru is 500 kms and he can easily travel to his native place. it is following BS 6, so no further problems in future.
so Ford figo is suitable vehicle.
