WHAT IS BENCHMARKING:
Benchmarking is a process of measuring the performance of a company’s products, service, or process those of another business considered to be the best in the industry, aka “best in class”. The point of benchmarking is to indentify internal opportunities for improvement.
There are two kinds of improvement opportunities:
1.Continuous improvement;
It is incremental, involving only small adjustment to reap sizable advance.
2.Dramatic improvement;
It can only come about through re-engineering the whole internal work process.
Five steps process of benchmarking:
1.Choose a product, service, or internal department to benchmark.
2.Determine which best in class company you should benchmark aganist which organization you’ll compare your business to.
3.Gather information on their internal performance.
4.Compare the data from both organization to identify gaps in your company’s performance.
5.Adopt the processes and policies in place within the best in class performance.
In this all benchmarking process as shown in below the table:
Now we are discuse about vehicle comparision for MR.D.S.PUGHAYENDHII as per his budget.

I have to suggested the car for MR.D.S.Pughazendhii between the price range of 8Lks to 10Lks, there is so many cars available but i have to choose for him only four cars. That the cars as shown in below.

If i am suggest the car for MR.D.S.PUGHAYENDHII is “HONDA CITY SV”. It has may fullfil all critiria of his long travel, comfort and entertinement between travel. It is the best in class for buy their family and convinions to his office usage as well as.
I am explain about the benchmarking and the process, how to work in the product to satisfied the customer needs and measuring the performence of a company's products. The benchmark has to be helps to indeed a wise choice. In this case of all the details i put in my presentation.
