Benchmarking is the practice of a business comparing keymatrics of their operations to other similar companies.In vehicle development process benchmarking is a initial process.It's mainly focused on improve quality,decrease manufacturing times, reduce scrap&rework and increase production.Organizations that benchmark, adapt the process to best fit their own needs and culture.Although number of steps in the process may vary from organization to organization.Benchmarking major two types are internal benchmarking and external benchmarking.
BENCHMARKING OF PRESENTLY AVAILABLE CARS IN THE MARKET FOR RECOMMENDED CASE
The recommended case segment is in between rupees 8 lakh to 10 lakh.In india car market for this case over eight cars are available. each cars have different specifications and features. After the benchmarking process, I will recommend KIA Sonet HTE 1.2 petrol model car is suitable for Mr. D.S.Pughazhyendhii.Current gen features,releability and design are main reason for my opinion.Kia sonet is differs many ways from other cars in is budget specially interior design,features and comfort.Its average mileage also higher than other models.Kia sonet hte 1.2 model car bangalore on-road price is Rupees 9.06 Lakh.
