It is a process where all the business model is compare to another business model by reversible methode and trying to develop a new structural model.

To Develop/Design a complete car model it will take 3-4yrs.On that Bench-marking also a initial Phase in which we compare end user market experience and prepare a new comparative model which is going to compete in market.So we analyze BIW Structure,from Tear down process to develop a new comparative Car Body model.Below points are considered in benchmarking-

-Bill of Material generation.

-3D scan CAD Model

-Data analytics and Inferences.

-Assembly Sequence and Process Mapping

-Critical sections preparation.

-Partlevel thickness mapping.

-Weld mapping.

-Material mapping.

-Mounting details.

-CAE Meshing.

-360deg view of interior and exterior .

Now a days Government will focus on Green Environment, so that i suggest to Mr.D.S to go with petrol Car over Diesel Car.

-The emission of diesel car(Co2) pollutes the environment 4times than of Petrol car.

-The Gov. also reduce Lifecycle of Diesel car compare to petrol car.

Below some of my comparison points to suggest Mr.D.S for buying a good car-

CONCLUSION

Now a days compare to Key Feature,Boot capacity, Price and Milage i would suggest Tata Altroz to Mr.D.S against Mahindra XUV300/Tata Nexon.

About Key Feature Mahindra XUV300 and Tata Altroz most probably are same.

About Boot Capacity Tata Altroz 345L also Good.

Important thing is compare to Milage,Updated Engine and Cost Tata Altroz is Highlited than other cars.
