- Sketch a new plane in XZ plane and select Profile command and start sketching profile with certain dimensions after creating the sketch, select Contour flange command and along with certain thickness provide with option as finite and width as 158mm then say OK.
- Draw another sketch on the face of the flange and draw certain lines with specified dimensions and then select Normal cutout command and select all the lines drawn and provide depth i.e 220mm and say OK.
- Again select the face and draw sketch lines and arcs and after that again select normal cutout command and provide certain thickness then say OK.
- Now, select Break corner command and select one edge and provide blend radius as 4.5 which will give us a blended smooth edge.
- Now Unbend the part by selecting stationary face and all the bends. After unbending create a new sketch on the face of the part and start sketching lines and arcs. Provide certain dimensions to those lines and select Normal cutout command then select all the curves needed also provide certain depth and say OK.
- Again select the top face of the part and create a new sketch on that sketch circles and rectangles along with specified distance and dimensions then select normal cutout command along with it provide depth and say OK.
- Select Break corner command and select the rectangle 4 Corner and provide blend radius as 4 and say OK.
- Now select YZ plane and create a new sketch and create a circle at the bottom face with certain dimensions and execute normal cutout command with certain depth and say OK. Now again Rebend the part by selecting all the edges to be bended and say Ok.
- Next step is to smoothen or blend the edges so select break corner command and select the edges to be blended by providing definte radius and say OK.
- Use break corner command for the rest of the edges and manipulate the radius for different edges.
- The next step is to create a flange to the top of the post so select Advanced flange command and select the top curve on which we need the flange and provide length as 5mm and certain angle and other references and say OK.
- Now again Unbend the part and create a new sketch on the bottom face and create two circles with certain distance and dimensions and then select hole command and under it select the two specified points and select the parameters as general hole and depth limit as through body and say OK.
- Next step is to create lines and arcs at the centre of the part and select the Normal cutout command and select the drawn curves and provide depth as 5mm then say Ok.
- Now provide Advanced flange to the drawn lines and arcs by selecting the edges, length, reference and other bend parameters then say OK. Now again rebend the edges by selecting all the edges.
- Select Gusset command and under it select the parameters as Automatic profile also select the face on which we need the gusset and the corresponding plane which will represent the position of the Gusset. Make sure to provide certain depth with angle and other parameters.
- Redo the same commmand and feature 3more times for the other bend edges and corresponding plane make sure to provide parameters such as depth, width, side angle and other certain parameters and then say OK.
