• Select the particular plane on which we will draw sketch.Select Line tool and start sketching lines with certain dimensions and then select Extrude command and provide all the distance and values,then exexcute the comand.
• Now select Sheet metal from solid tool and select the 5 web faces and 4 of the Bend Edges with certain thicknesss and bend radius and say OK. This command will wrap our solid body with sheet metal around the faces.
• Select the solid body which we created earlier and hide it.
• Now we have to provide Flange to the sheet metal body. So, select the flange tool and select the desired edge and provide certain length, angle and other length and inset or inside and material and say ok. 
• The next step is to apply more features such as flanges,jogs or bends. So, select the Jog tool and create a sketch line on the face of the sheet metal body and select that line as the jog line and provide height to it and other parameters such as Height Reference and Inset
• The next step is to Unbend all the face by the selecting the stationary face or edge under unbend command and say OK.
• Again create sketch on the top face of the unbended sheet metal body. Sketch two lines on the face and then select the Bend command and under that command select to of the curve and lines which has been created earlier and select the cross section as circular with certain depth and radius, then say OK.
• Add Holes to the unbended metal sheet by selecting the Hole command and sketching all the sketch points on the unbend metal sheet body and select the hole type as General hole by specifying all the points along with the diameter and the form of the Bead, excute the command.
• Next select the Rebend tool and rebend all the faces or edges.
• The very last step is to create a Flat pattern using flat pattern command. So, under the flat pattern command select the upward face, also select the orentation method and say OK.
• Replace the view of the flat pattern by replace view command.
