Objective :- Design a Odd Shaped Enclosure by solid block, by useing UGNX software.
Introduction :- Sheet metal enclosure is a component which is genraly used in
electronics like controle panel, computers and many more.
:- Also theese enclosers are used in machies and as well as for some automobile
use also.
Design approach flow chart :-
Description
* Solid modeling :- Enter in solid modeling to creat a odd shape.
* Sketch :- Created a Trapezium sketch.
* Extude:- Extude till 200mm
* Sheet metal from solid :- Convert solid body into asheet metal workpice
* Flange :- Creat flanges as per dimensions
20 mm length at 90 degree.
* Sketch :- Created a sketch to perform jog operation.
* Jog flange :- Creat a 20 mm jog flange.
* Unbend :- Apply unbend to corners.
* Sketch :- Sketch two inclined lines for bead operation.
* Bead :- Creat a circular bead of 3 mm radius and 3 mm depth.
* Sketch :- Created sketch of holes for cut out.
* Normal cutout :- Use Normal Cutout by using last sketch to creat
thru holes on odd shape.
* Rebend :- Apply Rebend to unbended corners.
* Flat pattern :- Change view and check the flat pattern view.
* Save all :- Save all.
