Creating a proper work flow for odd shaped designs

proper workflow procedure has been created for odd shaped sheet metal designs

DESCRIPTION

EXTRUDE-is used to create a solid body of the sketch

SHEET METAL FROM SOLID-converts solid body in to sheet metal body

FLANGE-is used to add seetmetal extentions at the edges of the main body

JOG-is used to create bends using a sketch line

UNBENDING to see the shape of the sheet metal and to add other features

BEAD-is used to lift the material along the counter of sketch

HOLE-is used to create a hole

REBENDING-Is used to bend to the sheet metal part to its original shape after adding the features

FLAT PATTERN-is used to get the details of the sheet metal part like angle,radius,direction of bend,etc... wen flatened

CONCLUSION

Proper work flow procedure for the odd shaped sheet metal designs has been created.
