Introduction:

Sheet metal designing is used in industrial process. To produce sheet metal compounds like cases, canes, automobiles, medial uses. In this process the different operations done is like Sketch, Extrude, Sheet metal from solid body, flanges, Jog, Unbend & Rebend, Bead, Holes, etc.

Description about tools are used:

Sketch: It is to draw 2d drawing.

Extrude: It is used to create the solid body.

Sheet metal from the solid: It is to convert the solid body to sheet metal

Flanges: it is used to create flanges to tab.

Jog: It is used to create the jog.

Unbend and Rebend: it is used to unbend and rebend the component.

Beads: It is to make beads on the surfaces.

Hole: It is to create the holes on the metal.

Flat pattern: it is the flat pattern of the sheet metal which we are designed

Drawing sheet: It is the 2-D wireframe of the sheet metal design drawn on the sheet.
