Advanced Sheet Metal Design Using NX Cad Challenge_1_Casing Design

TAB is used to extrude the sketch to 1 mm

A normal cut-out option is used to remove the dimension of 5 mm*40 mm

The surface is bended using bend commands as shown in Figure

The flange is added to the planar surface as shown in Figure

Through unbending the bent sides the hole was created as shown in Figure

A sketch was made and closed spline was created and rotated to 45° and dimple was created  as shown in Figure

The circle was drawn and bead were created and mirrored as shown in Figure

The complete sheet metal model is shown in Figure
