• All the Sheet-metal parts to be coated with Sealant to protect from Corrosion, Dust and other intrusion parts. Main parts, which are exposed to the environment, is Underbody parts in Automobiles. Other Closures and Upper Body will have A-Class Surface Coating/Paint, which prevents from these issues.
• Some car manufacturers already offer some underbody coating straight out of the factory, which is usually sprayed inside the wheel arches and under the floorboard of the car.
• Underbody Coating Sealant thickness varies from 1 to 10mm, usually measured in microns.

Benefits of Undercoating:

1. Minimizes Sound: It minimizes the sound from underneath the car resulting a noiseless, smooth driving experience.
2. Heat Insulation: It insulates the interior of the car from extreme temperatures from beneath the vehicle providing a comfortable cabin experience.
3. Anti-chipping property: If any stone hits the coating it does not get chipped away hence protects the underbody from exposure to water.
