Introduction

• Assistant Manager in Hypoid Machining Line in Axle PU where the primary focus is NPD. Also my other responsibilities are improving productivity by reducing NVA's, Quality Improvement in Hypoid Gears. Management of Tooling's, OEE improvement & Dispatch to user plants is also a part of DWM. • I was Graduate Apprentice Trainee from 2018-19 in Mahindra & Mahindra in three departments. (1) Central Quality Assurance was the first department where my responsibility was Product & Process Audit. (2) In Tool Room we had to repair,make or salvage tools and toolings which we used in machining line of Engine PU . (3)Axle maintenance was majorly concerned with resolving problems on CNC & SPM machines. •Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University graduated in the year 2018. •Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Mumbai graduated in the year 2015. •I was part of college Formula-One style car Design team Ethan Racing for 2 years . In the first year I assisted the team in fabrication of the space -frame chassis and assembly of all the components ; being chassis head for the second year I Designed the space-frame on CAD modelling software Solidworks based on the rules prescribed in the rulebook by FSAE .
