To create catalogs in CATIA V5, you can follow steps

1. Open the Catalog Editor.
2. Create a new catalog.
3. Add parts to the catalog.
4. Save the catalog

To define the mechanical components electrically and prepare the catalogue for the same, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Electrical Library 2 (ELB) product.
2. Create a new catalog.
3. Add mechanical parts to the catalog.
4. Define the electrical properties of the mechanical parts.
5. Save the catalog

Define it as electrical support using Electrical Part Design Workbench by following these steps

1. Download the CAD data.
2. Open the file using CATIA V5.
3. Using the Part Design model, define entry, exit, base points, and planes.
4. After determining the points and planes, go into Electrical Workbench and click Support

The following Back shell CAD data and define it as Electrical back shell using Electrical Part design Workbench and define all the necessary properties, you can follow these steps:

1. Download the Back shell CAD data.
2. Open the file using CATIA V5.
3. Using the Part Design model, define entry, exit, base points, and planes.
4. After determining the points and planes, go into Electrical Workbench and click Support Definition.
5. Select the part and select exit point.
6. Select exit plane as secondary plane is automatically taken.
