P-CLAMP

As per the given link of the P-clamp, I have downloaded the CAD file of the P-clamp and converted it into the CATPart file. Then, I have started to define it electrically. For that , I have defined the geometrical paramaters needed for the definition of the part. I have created entry point and exit point at both ends of the part and created the entry plane at the entry point, exit plane at the exit point and a base plane perpendicular to the othe planes. Then I defined it twice with Define part as Support tool. Then I stored it to the electrical catalogue that I have created for the clamp storing.

BACKSHELL

As per the given link, I have download the CAD file of the Backshell. Then I have converted the file into CATPart file. Then I started to define it. For that, I have created the geometrical parameteres needed for the definition of the part(ie, The two points at the both ends and an axis at the entry side). Then defined the part as Backshell using the tool.Then Defined Backshell connection point with created point and axis. Then defined Bundle connection point. Thus backshell is defined completely. Then I stored the backshell in the electrical catalogue created for the storing of the Backshell.

CORRUGATED TUBES

As refer to the table given for the creation of the corrugated tubes, I have created the corrugated tubes. Initially I opened a new part file for the creation. Then I have created the Corrugated tubes using the tool named "Define protective coverings" with required inner dia and thickness mentioned in the table. I created the tubes with outer dia of 15 mm, 20 mm, 35 mm , 10 mm and 5 mm. Then I have stored the all tubes in the conduit catalogue named "Slit_COT" that I have created for the storing of the Corrugated tubes.

Thus I completed my challenge.
