Q1. Download following clip cad data & define it as Electrical support using Electrical Part design Workbench. Define all the necessary properties.

Answer:

Hellarmann Tyton – 21160129 That 3D part not avilable in the website..So I downoad stiky Clamp To Add the necessary properties to the 3d part

-Download the 3D file Then Create the Geometrical properties like Point,Planes in the Part design workbench once it is completed then go Electrical Part design work bench Define the Support part for clamp click the intal point & plane (Entry Point of Wire Routing ) in the same way second plane (Exit Point of wire routing) then select the base plane in the same way to define the Entry point to Exit point in becuse in some cases the clamp may be fited in either side of Device like Car body ,Control Box any of them so we define both side consider in Entry point & place to Routing Climp.

Next save it Catlogue for Harness Routing Clips

Once you put the ID & Thickness of the corrugated tube it will take directly OD outer diameter of the Corrugate tube after that you check in measures

If i put ID=12mm with Thickness of 1.5mm it will take 15mm

12+1.5+1.5=15mm (1.5mm thickness should be consider on bothside of the tube )Software also it will take as per our calucation.
