Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Q1. Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench. Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.

Answer: Download the all Connector TE website

Define the Electrical properties like connector ,Connector connection point ,bundle connection point etc

New - Create Product & Name it as Assy of Electrical wire harness context

- Assy of Geometrical Bundle

Save it in folder & go through Assy mechincal workbench download the parts & place with the help of Sanp on object & Constring it.

Place the Parts as per the Harness Bundle diagram in Sheet Metal Part

Rout the Harness Bundle as per the dimesion provide in wiring diagram.

Put the Protective covring for banches of both DT06-4S & DT06-2S

Next Select the Extrimity point Put 30mm of all extrimity points..
