WEEK-4 CHALLENGE
WIRING HARNESS DESIGN IN CATIA V5 - 3D MODELING
Aim:
· Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench. Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.
· Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. Keep end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end).

1. Download connector 3D data from www.te.com
- DT06-4S
- DT06-6S
- DT06-2S
- DT06-08SA
2. Converting the Mechanical part into the Electrical part for that I had followed the following steps.
1. For DT06-2S
2. For DT06-4S
3. For DT06-6S
4. For DT06-08SA
3. Arranging the Connectors by following the Layout.
4. Creating Multi-Branching to the Connectors
5. Geometrical Multiple Wiring Bundle
6. Creating a Protective Covering
7. Protective Covers only
8. Checking as per Layout
