Question:

Route the following harness layout in Electrical workbench. Make assumption for harness bundle diameters. Use Following connectors as shown in layout diagram.

Add protective covering on all branches connected to DT06-2S & DT06-4S connectors. Keep end extremity at 30mm (from connectors end).

Objective:

· Create an bundle entry, connector connecting point and define connector in electrical part workbench.

· Positioning the connector by using various methods.

· Create a bundle with required dimensions and add protective coverings.

the protection covering has select from the cot tube catalogue previously saved in the catalogue model. then i prefer 20mm start and end extremity point for high protection purpose.

the flatness operation as per the model has align with flat according to the design purpose.

The routing has successfully finished as per the model.
