Wiring harness design in CATIA V5 - 3D modeling Week 4 Challenge

Report:

• First downloaded the mentioned electrical connectors from the tyco elcetronics website.
• Then the electrical connectors electrically defined by help of electrical part design.
• Then created the base plate for the mounting of connectors with reference to the routing plan.
• Then mounted all the electrical connectors in the respective position given in routing plan.
• after that assembly is converted electrically from mechanical by geometric bundle command in Electrical harness assembly.
• And the routing is given by branchable.
• After that protection covering is given to the routing with 30mm exterimity.
