According to Europian Standard,Clearance between wheel surface and fender wheel arc area at defined sections At,

Section SB-SB- Min 10mm Clearance

Section SA-SA- Min 10mm Clearance

Section SC-SC- Min 10mm Clearance

Section SD-SD- Min 10mm Clearance

Section SE-SE- Min 10mm Clearance

Clearance At defined section in given model

Section SB-SB- 10mm Clearance- pass

Section SA-SA- 9.949 Clearance<10mm- fail

Section SC-SC- 0mm Clearance< 10mm- fail

Section SD-SD- negative range <10mm Clearance<10mm-fail

Section SE-SE- negative range <10mm Clearance<10mm-fail

Conclusion:

Based on above study, the min clearance of 10mm between wheel surface and fender wheel arc area is met only at section SA-SA.So the fender design will not pass the Europian Standard.
