Week 9 - Project - A pillar Design with Master Section

PROJECT : A PILLAR DESIGN WITH MASTER SECTION

ISOMETRIC VIEW:

~ Created from given class A surface. Exract the surfaces and create the class B surface.

~ And the class C surfaces are created from the class A surface.

TOOLING AXIS:

~ Tooling axis is the Movement of core and cavity blocks. Its parallel to the blocks.

DRAFT ANALYSIS:

~ Positive draft are followed in the core side. The is between the 3 deg.

~ Back side surafces are having negative draft angle.

DOG HOUSE MODEL:

~ Dog house model is created based on the master section.
