first creat Tooling axis by a point direction then A surface offset 2.5 mm then cover offset surface by using bend command and multi section surface its creat B surface for c surface creat boundary of a surface and sweep by using two guide way and join a b and c surafce then used close surface command.

Locator

creat sketch and pad of sketch in new body then draft the locator 0.5 deg. then used untrim command then used chamfer and fillet command and same locator creat on other location.

Heat stake

for heat stake creat sketch and pad sketch and translate pad to define location one by one then used unitrim command

locator and heat stake clearance

creat sketch and pad it and used remove command and remove with body.
