The given surface

created tooling axis by extracting one surface. And then by using the Point tool, find a point to draw the tooling axis. draw the tooling axis. it was the perfect one for the surface. tried to use the bisecting method by creating an axis system, intersection, and line.

created CLASS B from CLASS A by offset

given offset = 2.5mm

after that, created CLASS C using CLASS A by using the multiple extracts, sweep, and join tools.

Extrapolate CLASS B to Trim with Class C

trim CLASS B AND CLASS C

close surface was created

started to create HEAT STAKE AND LOCATOR

drew sketch for heat stake

Firstly, created one heat stake and translate it to other places by traslation tool

used the copy and cop special ( if any changes happen, it will affect on all)

after that, the draft and fillet operations are completed

Drew the locator

Then pad it and gave thickness

draft and fillet are given

draft = 0.5mm

used copy and paste special tool

and translate it to required positions.

Draft analysis on the final product
