Heat stakes and locators are created according to the design rules. ribs are provided to support the strength of the heat stakes. tooling axis is created along the y axis

The tooling axis is created by following the steps

• check the possibility of tooling axis along the axis XYZ
• if not go for bisecting lines

The bisecting line is created at the point on the surface and parallel lines on the class A surface

3-degree draft is given to the component and 0.5-degree draft is given to the ribs and locators
