Draft analysis:
The door applique is designed with all the required heat stakes and locators to make it properly fit in the location. A draft of 0.5 mm has been provided for all the features. The heat stakes make the door fit the correct location and get butt to the other end of the mount. This provides a permanent connection. The draft analysis is run with the applique and door panel to ensure its manufacturability and create a proper tooling axis to ensure the movement of the part during moulding. It is found that the analysis for the draft is proper at most of the locations and some parts have red zones which are caused due to the improper tooling axis which need to be addressed and need to be learned about the creation of proper tooling axis. The majority of the component accepts the design manufacturability.

Conclusion:
The reason for some of the red zones is due to the creation of an improper tooling axis and the need to be addressed for better manufacturability.
