Week 9 Part 4 Project 5 - Attachment Feature Creation

DRIVER DOOR REPORT :-

In this session created a door applique and dooor panel models for the given surface. First created solid body for the given surfaces and then created loctors and heat stakes on the door applique. Then in the Door panel, counter part referances are created by creating holes around the heat stakes an locators. Finally created plat surfaces for heat staking operation because the surface of door panel is not flat. Then the draft analysis also created for the door applique and door panel.

NOTE:-

Make sure about creating of flat surrfaces, if we ignore this the heat staking prcess was not done prperly .
