Week 9 Machining with Planer Challenge

Aim :

The aim is to analyze the given model.

Objective:

Need to perform this for 2 cases,One will be with a cutting velocity of 20000mm/s and the other will be with a cutting velocity of 15000mm/s.

Procedure:

Initially open up the ansys workbench,

then open up the model, add explicit dynamics,

and edit material in engg data add steel 1006,

then open the geometry and edit in the mechanical ansys,

Add the required coordinates,

now generate the mesh with sizing and tetrahedron apply it and

give the fixed and velocity for the given cases,

change the end time setting,

and add the solution requirements,

finally solve it and save it as archive.

Therefore for the both cases the analsis has been completed and the results, animation archive has been added to the asset.
