BUMPER PLASTIC MODEL:

Below is the design tree structure of the bumper model

The draft analysis colour code used is as shown below:

The Tooling is created in the X axis direction, as this direction clears all the surfaces of the Class A Surface. Bisecting method is not used here for the creation of the tooling axis.

The draft analysis of the Class A Surfaces is shown below:

As we see in the above figures Class A Surface clears all the surfaces in the draft analysis.

Below is the draft analysis of the plastic model created by closed surface method after the creation of the Class B and Class C surfaces:

As we see that all the surfaces of the Class A and the surfaces that are in the direction of the tooling axis clears the draft analysis, the model generated passes the draft analysis.
