Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

Report on Bumper

1. tooling axis creation

*create a point on the mid of the bumper and a line using point direction command.

* create a draft analysis on  given class A surface using the tooling axis.

2. Creation of B surface 

* By using command of mulitple extract and complementary mode extract the missing surface and extapolate to megre each other surface.

* provide the edge fillets 

3. Creation of C surface

* By making boundary along the A-surface and using sweep command with draft direction along the tooling axis forms C-surface.

* provide 3 degree angle to draft direction command when surface perpendicular to tooling axis.

*provide 90 degree angle to along surface when surface is parallel to tooling axis.

* Join C-surface and A-surface together.

4. Final Trim

* Trim the A-C surface with the B-surface.

* Make the surface into solid with the use of close surface command in part workbench.

5. Draft anlaysis

* Create draft analysis along the solid part
