Report on RIB and Screw boss design

1. tooling axis creation

* Extract a surface from given class A surface and create a middle point on the extract , draw the tooling line along point direction.

Creation of B and C class surface -Due to error in the given Class A surface Unable to create Class B and C surface

2. Creation of B surface

* By offsetting the class A surface to 2.5mm create B surface and using multi section command fill the gap on missing surface.

3. Creation of C surface

* By making boundary along the A-surface and using sweep command with draft direction along the tooling axis forms C-surface.

* Join C-surface and A-surface together.

4. Final Trim

* Trim the A-C surface with the B-surface.

* Make the surface into solid with the use of close surface command in part workbench.

5. Draft anlaysis on dog house

* Create draft analysis along the solid part
