Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

Report :

In the drafting of the C section ,tried the surfaces of 90 degrees sweep with both along drafting direction and with reference surface. but couldnt get the correct draft(green color)

tried with the help of mentoring and live sessions, still the same. and i was asked to submit by the mentor.

TOOLING AXIS:

FOR CREATING THE TOOLING AXIS ,THE X ,Y AND Z AXIS WAS VIEWED WHERE THE X AXIS VIEW WAS PERFECT FOR THE TOOLING AXIS .THE RECTANGULAR SURFACE WAS PERFECT AND THE TOOLING AXIS WAS CREATED PERPENDICULAR TO THE SURFACE.

DRAFTING :

In the drafting section the compass was aligned on the tooling axis and the drafting angle was 2.9 degrees where the A surface was drafted properly .

after the drafting , the final trim was run through the intersection command where it was found that the bumper is colsed .

then it was run through the closed surface to get a full structure of our split bumper.
