Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

AIM: Creating B,C surfaces from class A surface of bumper.

Tooling Axis & Draft Analysis:

B-Surface:

Those are critical curvature part have topological error during extracting yhe edge we can do following process if direct extract command don't work if the software version is old.Then the solutions could be;

i)Multisection Surface.But in this case we need two guide curve with two support surface and the profile.

ii)If that we can use smoothning curve but before that simply use the command and check maximum error value at curvature point and make that as thresold.It doesn't give complete point continuity but help to create profile.

C-Surface:

Those surfaces as C-surface parallel to the tooling axis has to be made with sweep command at 90 degree such as;
