Week 9 - Challenge 3 - Bumper

The given class A surface of the bumper was converted into a thickend surface successfully. Initially toling axis was created using on curve command and published. the tooling axis is considred along x-axis because of considering the features for headlamp provision. this freature is completely visible only in the x direction, so creating tooling axis in x direction would be usefull. draft analysis for class A surface is done. Creation of class b surface was done by using commands like offset, multiple extract, exterpolate, trim, join etc. Class C surface was created by using commands like boundary, sweep, join, trim, exterpolate etc. The class C is join with class A at 0.003mm connexity because of small gaps which lead to improper intersection of surfaces. The final surface is then thickened into a part by using close surface command and draft analysis is done on the body for a draft angle of 3 degree.
