Tooling Axis Creation :

1. Tooling axis coinciding with Z axis.
2. Creating a plain along YZ axis and using Intersect command created lines along same plane.
3. By extending concerned sides used them as supporting lines for bisecting line ie Tooling Axis.

Draft Analysis:

1. Class A Surface:

• Using earlier created tooling axis as referance for Compass and fix Draft direction.
• Using Colour scale as reference checked draft values using Running point.
• Green colour shows draft within limits.

2. Plastic Component Draft Analysis:

• Using earlier created tooling axis as referance for Compass and fix Draft direction.
• Using Colour scale as reference checked draft values using Running point.
• Green colour shows draft within limits.
