Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Class A surface

Its a surface give the class look for all the automobile vechicle. Its is the outer most layer of the vechicle and will be smoother and give the proper look for the vechicle. In automotive design , a class A surface is any of a set of freeform surface high efficiency and quality.

Draft Anylises

The Draft Analysis allows the user to easily analyze a part for proper draft angle. A Draft Angle describes the amount of taper for molded or cast parts perpendicular to the parting line.

The minimum draft angle of the plastic desing is 3 degree. If the product satisfied that angle it will show green colour like in the image I attached. If its below 3 it show in red colour it will be allow depent upon the manufactuer. If its below 0 or equal to 0 its show blue in colour we must change the desing of that material.
