Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Methods used to create the solid surfcae:

* offset the class A

* extract the surface and untrim

* extrapolate in point propogation and trim the surface to get the closed body

* once the B surface is done , sweep the A surface to form the Class c surface with draft angle 3 degree

* join the A+C surface anf finally trim it with B to get the complete closed body and check the draft analysis of the final product

Creating Tooling Axis:

In order to get the plastic material ejected from the core without any material waste and sticking of plastics in the core, we use draft direction of 3 degrees with bisecting method using the intersection of two ribs and taking the midpoint of two bisecting lines to form a tooling axis.
