-> Draft analysis and tooling axis creation:

Draft analysis is carried out weather the part that is to be provided under core part or the cavity part.Core - The part which has projection in it is called as the core part while the material that has depression are called as cavity.Tooling axis is defined as the opening and closing of the mold . Draft is provided for easy opening and closing of core and cavity block.

Construction of tooling axis:

Tooling axis by using bisecting method. In bisecting bethod tooling axis is formed by having an section in the plane of 2 angular faces.Afterwards the the sketch is created using and 3d projection tool , followed by a line is is constructed using an bisecting command.Similarly other surfaces are taken and an part of intersection is projected via sketch. The intersection lines are the ''used as construction once we get the bisecting lines. Then by using both the line an another bisecting lines is drawn via a point which is called as tooling axis.
