SURFACE VIEW:

TOOLING AXIS:
Tooling axis, which is more important in molding conponent. The tooling axis should cover maximum visible area of the visible side.
The core and cavity moving based on the tooling direction in mold design.

DRAFT ANALYSIS :
The axis is matched with tooling direction. And set 3 deg as green clour and red as zero degree and blue is the megative degree.
Here, the green colour area represent the part degree did not get above 3 deg value on the visible side.
And all the sides are having 0 to 3 degree.

SCREW BOSS AND RIB:
Screw boss and ribs are created as per the design rules and checked with the standard.
The intersection lines are created, and too checked with that method also.
The minimum radi get 1.8mm. The minium wall thickness of the rib above 5 mm when we use 2:1 ratio of the height to diameter.
Drafted angles are 0.5 deg evenly, and screw boss get draft both inside and outside.
