Week 9 - Attachment Feature Creation - Challenge 2

AIM:

To attachement feature (dog house) on the given door trim

PROCEDURE:

To perform the attachement feature opertation first we have to create b surface.

for creating the b surface we should offset the class A surface for the given thickness of 2.5mm

then join the A surface with c surface and trim with b surface

after performing the trimming operation we will get closed profile

make the closed profile as a solid body

DOG HOUSE CREATION

select the b side surface from the closed body

then draw a sketch for the dog house profile

extrude the sketched profile for the requried height

then thicken the extruded surface for the minimum thcikness

now give the draft angle for the required surface from the created body

finally perform the draft anlaysis
