Week 8 - Challenge 4 - Bumper

AIM:

To create & draft analysis a bumper from the given class A surface.

STEPS:

first we should create the tooling axis from the class A surface.

after created the tooling axis.then offset the class A surface for 3 mm for creating the B surface

while doing the offset some edge fillet will not be offseted, so create the missing edges with the help of class A suface.

then create the C surface with the sweep and extrapolation cmmand.

join the created C surface with class A surface.

now we get the A and C surface as one output.then trim the output with B surface.

after completing the trim we get a closed object ,by thickening the closed object we get an solid body as an output.

then perform the draft analysis on the solid body.

RESULT:

Thus,the creation of bumper and draft analysis from the class A surface is completed
