Draft Analysis
What is Draft Analysis?
This analysis done on the CAD product to see whether the model is manufacturable or not. The plastic CAD model that are prepared in CAD software are manufactured in plastic mold, so it is necessary to check whether the part is manufacturable in mold or not. Because is part in not manufacturable in mold then CAD model fails.
What is Draft Angle?
If part has a 90° of draft, then it cannot be manufactured in plastic mold, because on removal of part it may worn or tear as it creates friction on the part removal and will cause damage to the part. The recommended draft angle is prescribed as 3°, but it can be less or more depend on the accuracy needed on the model. For screw holes draft angle should not be more as it will not give perfect fit for the screw.

Draft using bisecting lines
We have to do two draft analysis for the dog house because we are going to use side core for this model. For the base model draft analysis is done with bisecting line. So, we did it with the help of intersection plane and then taking the bisecting line of two angled walled.

As we can see that black lines are angled walled and white line is bisecting line.
For the dog house we use completely differently tooling axis which will be perpndeiclar to the bog house and we will give draft to the wall in order to get the positive draft.

Draft Analysis:

We can clearly see that we get a positive draft on the Dog House surface so the model will pass the draft test.
Note: I tried to make a body solid but it is not working apart from that all the Dog house requirements are perfect. The model that I uploded is almost finish just creating the solid is remaning. please do give me remark on how to solve that error because I cannot find the way to solve the problem.
