AIM :

Create the rib for the Centre console coin holder considering the design rules mentioned in the video.

INSERT GEOMETRIC NAME AS RIBS

START WITH SKETCH

extract the plane.where the ribs should form.

Extrude the rib with the height

insert body to thicken profile for 1mm

max thickness is 0.4 * thickness.

the thickness of the component is 2.5

so 0.4 * 2.5 = 1mm.

after thst decide the height of rib

which is 5 * thickness

5 * 2.5 =12.5

and give the draft

which is min angke 0.5 degre

all the face. and neutral is base surface. pulling direction is the tooling axis.

after that check the thick. It should come out as 0.75

ADD to main part body as the coin holder.

FILLETS.

min fillets sso give 0.25 mm for all the faces.

check the root of the thickness

create a plane on the tooling axis

Intersect the coin holder of complete body which is closed body,with draft,fillets, etc....

secondary elem : the plane.

Then to create the ribroot thickness.
