Week- 8 - Solid meshing

AIM: to model a solid component using tetra mesh.

Procedure:

Import the model into the ansa UI.

connect all the surface using topology model., selt the lenght and macros lent to 1 mm to check for any geometrical errors.

Clear all the geometrical erros.

Set Quality parameters in quality criteria.

Deploy mesh on surfaces one by one.

after complete meshing, go to volume mesh module where the volumes must be defined in the model. After defining th evolume to the mesh and geometry, select tetra rapid to create the solid mesh taking th ereference of the ortho tria meshes generated on the surface.

check for collapse quality siteria.and the model is completed without any quality errors.
