Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel

AIM: to create a geometrical midsurfa, to perform Geometric cleanup, to create meshflow to clear all the quality criteria.

Procedure:

Import the model to the ANSA GUI

create a TOPO to join alll the surfaces. click the Orient command to refresh the plane.

check for geometrical erros using checks geometryand clear all the errors present in the model.

extract the mid surface by manual method as the the thickness of the part is iniform throughout the model. the mid surface is created.

now prepare the midsurface for meshinf by cuting or toggeling the feature lines so that the midsurface Aids the mesh generation to be in the given quality criteria and also passes in the same.

after cleaning the geometry, create a mesh flow considering the quaity criteria given.

also solve the quality of the mesh flow.
