Week - 8 - Morphing

Aim:

To perform morphing for the given components.

Pre-requsites:

-Geometry

-Ansa software

Overview:

-Importing geometry to ANSA software.

-Topology cleanup.

-Morphing the required surfaces.

Procedure:

-Import the geometry in ANSA software.

-Morph the required surfaces.

-Now, import the other component which is needed to be morphed.

-Morph the required surfaces.

Learning outcome:

-From this challenge I have learned how to morph the surfaces.

Applications:

-Probably the most known approach belonging to this group is the Set-Based Design approach, born and implemented in the

1990s for a more efficient way of building cars at Toyota.

-In fluid dynamics case it is performed on an inlet pipe of a turbo unit.

Conclusion:

-Morphing is performed for the given components.
